In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Art in State Buildings Program, the Council has partnered with the VT Dept. of Buildings and General Services to create a touring exhibit of some of the finest work in the State’s substantial collection of art.
The exhibit will travel to four galleries across the state in the coming months.

The Vermont Arts Council’s Annual Meeting will be held on Friday, May 30th. The day will include a meeting of the Board of Trustees (beginning at 12:30 p.m. at the Capitol Plaza Hotel), followed by an open house and reception at the Vermont Arts Council at 5 p.m. Artwork by Arthur Williams will be on display in the Council’s Spotlight Gallery, and there will be music and refreshments.
We want to remind Arts Council members that trustee elections take place in conjunction with the Annual Meeting. Art Fits Vermont is the Council's new statewide community arts project. Over the next two years, 60,000 Vermonters will create and celebrate art using wood and paper puzzle pieces.
