No ARRA funds may be used to support fundraising activities carried out by position(s), whether salaried or contractual, supported by this award. If any position(s) supported by this award includes fundraising activities (e.g. an executive director of an organization), your documentation must demonstrate that the percentage of salary/fee and time support by ARRA funds does not include fundraising activities.
How & When Do I Submit My Final Report?
The final report is now due no later than midnight, Thursday, September 30, 2010.*

There is additional information requested in this report (i.e. narrative questions, support materials, etc.) that should reflect on activities taking place throughout the grant year.

It's important to let the public and local leadership know that your organization has received Federal Economic Stimulus funding which comes from the National Endowment for the Arts through the Vermont Arts Council. Remember to credit the Vermont Arts Council and the National Endowment for the Arts in printed material, program announcements, interviews, etc. regarding activities detailed in the Arts Jobs grant proposal, as required in your grant contract (see logos below).
You can find logos for NEA and Vermont Arts Council, and other pertinent information on the Legal Requirements page. Be sure to include the ARRA logo in promotion of activities supported with this grant.
